"We used Personal Touch for our 120 person backyard wedding last fall and were extremely happy with the equipment and customer service. We used them for tents, chairs, tables, table coverings, portable bar, dance floor, and portable restroom trailer. We planned the wedding in 70 days, and their product selection, flexibility, and communication helped alleviate a lot of stress. The setup/takedown was timely and professional and they worked with us on the site layout. They also recently helped us out with a mic/speaker for a celebration of life. I highly recommend Personal Touch for any party rental needs."

"Excellent experience. We needed 6 large banquet tables and 50 chairs for our wedding. Booking was easy. They requested a 50% deposit 2 weeks prior to the wedding and double checked if we still needed the same number of chairs in case we didn't need that many. The remaining amount was charged several days before the event. The tables and chairs arrived on time. The driver was able to skillfully maneuver the trailer and truck (in reverse) up the winding drive of the property we had rented. They were able to pick up the tables and chairs the day after on a Sunday (at extra cost). The driver even offered to take our trash down to the dumpster at the end of the drive just to be helpful. Highly recommend them if you need party or event supplies in the lancaster/hocking hills area."
