"My husband and I set our wedding date six weeks after our engagement! Talk about a whirlwind! I called around to a few other local party companies and could not believe their lack of customer service. They were down right RUDE! I had a vision in my head but wasn't exactly sure how to make it come to life.__I was referred to Personal Touch and was instantly pleased with their genuine willingness to help me figure out what I needed. I was able to get linens, tents, chairs, a dance floor and lights - all at one place! I think I called every day the week before the wedding checking, adjusting and double checking again. Not once was the staff rude or annoyed by my questions.__The tent arrived two days before the wedding, giving us plenty of time to set up and decorate. Everything they sent was in great condition.
